⭐ That’s why we’re looking for you
As a Frontend Developer, you will primarily work on our clients’ Shopify stores and continuously further develop existing setups. You improve performance, usability, and code quality and ensure that the systems remain stable and easy to further develop.
You work closely with design, account management, QA teams, and project teams and bring your technical perspective into solutions and decisions at an early stage. You help translate design concepts into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and ensure that implementation remains clean, maintainable and performant. Clear structures and solid documentation support long-term maintainability and team collaboration. In short: your work makes brands tangible for users and enables reliable, high-quality shopping experiences.
Your responsibilities with us
You implement design templates cleanly and with great attention to detail in the frontend and ensure that design, interaction, and technical quality work together consistently and at a high level. You contribute your own ideas and develop meaningful solution approaches together with the team.
You build meaningful flexibility into shop structures (e.g. via the Theme Editor, metafields, or comparable mechanisms) so that content can be maintained efficiently and further developed without unnecessary development effort.
You implement functional extensions such as configurators, discount logics, or custom features and ensure that they remain stable, understandable, and well integrable. In doing so, you think through requirements from a technical perspective and propose suitable implementation approaches.
You work on the technical setup of the Shopify stack and continuously develop it further, identify optimization potential, and proactively contribute proposals for technical advancement to ensure performance, maintainability, and stability in daily operations.
You analyze error patterns, fix bugs in a structured way, and help ensure that systems run reliably and that technical debt is reduced.
You advise project teams and account management on technical feasibility and on a sensible approach to individual requirements so that solutions can be implemented realistically, sustainably, and with good prioritization.
